Illinois Investment Trust (IIT)

Illinois Investment Trust (IIT) was formed in 1992. The purpose of IIT is to develop and operate renewable energy projects from biomass, with the resulting energy in the form of: electricity, pipeline quality gas, medium BTU fuels, biofuels, and compressed natural gas. IIT holds landfill gas rights contracts in multiple states and continues to add to that portfolio. IIT possesses over 75 years combined experience in the renewable energy field. Since 1994, IIT employees have designed, permitted, constructed and operated nine landfill gas to energy plants and over 30 landfill gas extraction systems throughout the U.S. These include gas turbine, internal combustion engine, electric generation and gas scrubber projects.

Wanjohi Consulting Engineers

Wanjohi Consulting Engineers (WCE) was incorporated in Nairobi as a Kenyan Civil Engineering firm in 1978. The firm has established liaison offices in Zambia, Tanzania and Uganda and full-fledged branch offices in Botswana and Swaziland The firm has carried out successful engineering consultancy services in East, Central and Southern Africa. Wanjohi Consulting Engineers has over the years specialized in water supply and sewerage schemes, transportation facilities comprising rural and urban roads, airports, buildings and bridges projects. The actual projects carried out are listed in the firmís brochure and the description of the firmís experience under section 3. The firm also carries out consultancy services in project management and arbitration in civil engineering and building works disputes. The firm is a member of the International Federation of Consulting Engineers (FIDIC), through the Association of Consulting Engineers of Kenya (ACEK).
